How Swedens Seniors handles enquiries sent through the contact form, and how contributed gallery material is credited and used.
The form on the contact page asks for your first name, email address and city, plus optional details: the room you are planning, the main mobility consideration, a request for a printed catalogue, and any notes about doorway widths, flooring or lighting. Nothing else is requested, and the form does not create an account, order, payment, subscription or stored file.
When a form is sent, the handler writes the submitted values to a local log at /private/submissions.jsonl. Alongside the field values it records the submission time, the form identifier, the page language and the source query string from the page address. The log sits on the site server and is not passed to a mailing platform, customer system or advertising tool.
There is no automatic deletion schedule. Entries stay in the local log until the site owner removes them by hand. If you would like an entry deleted, write to the address below and describe the submission so it can be found and cleared.
You can ask to see the information held about you, have it corrected, have it removed, receive a copy in a portable form, or withdraw consent for further storage. Requests are handled by the site owner. Where South African or European data rules apply to your situation, those rights are honoured in the same way.
The gallery publishes room-by-room photographs, measured floor sketches, material notes and short captions contributed by interior stylists, occupational therapists and family caregivers. Contributors keep credit for their material, and captions stay short and factual. If you believe something has been used without proper credit, contact us and it will be reviewed.
