If a room set in the gallery raises a question you cannot answer from the captions alone, or you want a printed copy to spread out on the kitchen table, this is where to start. Reach the gallery team directly by phone or email, or send a short request through the contact page.

What to include in a request

The contact page carries a short request form. It asks for your first name, an email address and the city you are planning in, so the request can be matched to the closest contributing stylists and therapists. You can also name the room you are working on, note the main mobility consideration, and add details such as doorway widths, flooring or lighting. Tick the printed catalogue box if you want a physical copy posted for a family discussion at home.

The form is a plain request, nothing more. It does not create an account, a booking or a saved board, and the thanks page only confirms that the site handler received it. If you would rather skip the form entirely, the phone number and email above work just as well.

Where to go when a room raises a question

Most families arrive here with one room in mind and a handful of half-answered questions. The gallery is built so you can start from whichever detail is bothering you, then move outward from there.

Start from a room

Bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, hallway and entry each have their own set of photographs, measured sketches and material notes. Pick the room you are actually working on rather than reading the whole gallery in order.

Start from a mobility need

If a walking frame, wheelchair or low vision is the main consideration, that narrows the useful entries quickly. Clearances, rail heights and lighting levels differ enough that it is worth filtering before you compare layouts.

Reading a caption with its sketch

Each caption names what the sketch is measuring, so the two are meant to be read side by side. When you compare two entries for the same room, check the doorway width and turning space first, then the surface and fixture notes.

A printed set for the table

Some conversations go better with paper in front of everyone. You can ask for a printed catalogue through the contact form, and the thanks page simply confirms the request reached the site handler.
